With this guide, you only need to workout THREE DAYS A WEEK! It is structured around a full body split, and one of the days every week can even be done at home! All you’ll need at your house is a pair of dumbbells and a chair. 

This full body split is structured to help you make progress, build strength and muscle, and increase your overall fitness levels, even though it’s just 3 days per week.

This guide is good for all experience levels and has modifications for certain exercises depending on where you are in your fitness journey!
