The only equipment you need: 2 pairs of dumbbells (a heavier pair, 20-25 lbs, and a lighter pair, 8-10 lbs)
This guide can also be used when you go on vacation, or don't have time to make it to your gym, but still want to get a workout in!
This guide is great for beginners and intermediate lifters. All exercises will be linked to YouTube videos of me performing the movements.
