One-On-One Online Coaching - Macro Coaching

Hi there! My name is Alexis, and I am an ACE Certified Personal Trainer with over 4 years of experience with working with more than 500 clients. It means so much to me that you would trust me with your training. I'll give you some details!

Basically my coaching is very personalized and hands-on! I will give you a customized macro plan based on your current intake and goals. There will be weekly check-ins where you send me progress pictures and let me know how you're feeling, and I will modify your macros as we go along. You will also have access to me throughout the week on WhatsApp where you can ask questions, and I can send you voice memos if I need to.
