The only equipment you need: 2 pairs of dumbbells (a heavier pair, 20-25 lbs, and a lighter pair, 8-10 lbs) and a resistance band! This guide can also be used when you go on vacation, or don't have time to make it to your gym, but still want to get a workout in!
